Dr. Safadi & Associates, Inc., doing business as Allergy Clinic Ohio, uses SMS messages for limited patient appointment scheduling follow-up. These messages are neutral scheduling communications and are not used to send diagnosis, date of birth, clinical details, referral details, medication instructions, or emergency messages.

Patient Scheduling SMS Opt-In / Call to Action

Patients, prospective patients, or authorized representatives opt in before SMS by providing a mobile callback number and checking the patient scheduling SMS consent box on scheduling, registration, or referral-intake forms. The consent checkbox is not pre-checked. Patients may also opt in by texting YES or START to (419) 314-4166 after reviewing these terms.
