Dr. Safadi & Associates, Inc. uses SMS messages for internal employee staffing, scheduling, PTO/call-off requests, timecard requests, and manager approval notifications.

Employee SMS Opt-In / Call to Action

Current employees opt in to the staff SMS program by texting YES to (567) 455-7069 after reviewing these public SMS terms. The employee initiates the first SMS by texting YES. Dr. Safadi & Associates, Inc. does not send staffing, scheduling, PTO/call-off, timecard, or approval SMS messages to an employee unless that employee has first texted YES to opt in.

Enrollment in this SMS program is voluntary and is not a condition of employment. Employees may decline enrollment or opt out later and remain employed without consequence.

The public call to action states:

Dr. Safadi & Associates: Text YES to (567) 455-7069 to receive recurring work-related SMS messages for staffing, scheduling, PTO/call-off requests, timecard requests, and manager approval notifications. After an employee texts YES, the confirmation message states:

Privacy

These messages are strictly operational and transactional. They are not used for marketing or promotional purposes. No patient health information is sent by this staff SMS system. Employee mobile numbers and SMS opt-in information are processed only for staff SMS delivery. They are not sold, rented, transferred, or disclosed to third parties or affiliates for marketing, advertising, lead generation, or promotional purposes. The SMS service provider processes messages on our behalf solely to deliver staff SMS messages.
